This is our new house. We are so excited to be moving to Kansas City. Last week David and I took Zoe to KC to check out this house, and we bought it. Our closing date is later this coming month, but it can't come soon enough for me. I have already mapped out where the furniture will go and bought the paint for the rooms. Now, if I could just get a gnome to do all my packing I would be set.
The trip itself was great. We got to spend a lot of time with my family. I also got to go to my sister-in-law's sonogram and see our nephew in action. It is going to be so great to live so close to everyone. AND our new house is close to just about anything you could ever want. This is a terrific change from our current situation where everything is twenty minutes away.
Once moved I will post more pictures of before/after. More than likely, this next month will be a light blogging month. I need to focus on boxing everything up. Unfortunately, the craft room is the first to go because we need that room for box storage. Soon enough we will be settled into our new little home with that sewing machine going strong.
