Yesterday, on my way to Hollie's house, the girls and I stopped at the Salvation Army for our semi-weekly thrift fix. It was a lucky day, indeed! I found this adorable painting to put in the girls room for $1.99.
I also got this painting for a couple of bucks for my craft room. It was not only the perfect colors ,but the theme was very similar to the painting I did to the right of it. I love amature art, because it reminds me every day that anyone can be an artist if they try.
There were actually several other finds: a glass canister, heavy cotton blanket, flour-sack tablecloth, and the best of all...six vintage aprons. Be sure to look to the photo soon. I am in the midst of washing them currently.
