Ok, so I said I was going to take a break. i sort of lied. There was no way I could hold off on sharing my excitement. Recently, I shot my first roll of film on my Pentax K1000 in years. It is slide film that I had cross-processed and I couldn't be happier. Sure, digital is great. I wouldn't want to ever get rid of my Evolt. But the camera that now sits in my purse and goes everywhere I go is the Pentax. How could I have forgotten the pleasure in film photography? I already have another roll of film in there that is almost done. Be prepared for much more film photos now. I don't think I can be stopped.
And I really should mention hannah here, because it was her photos that really inspired me to get the pentax out and just start shooting. So thanks Hannah!
