that is how zoe woke me up this morning. seeckle head. I love it. This was followed by Olivia saying " we made you breakfast, time to get up!" And may I mention all of this was before 7:15 this morning? Dry rice krispies and chocolate chips. mmmm, delicious. After about a fourth of the bowl I feigned being full, but how sweet is it that they worked so hard?!
David was on call last night, so he won't be home until around lunch today. We are spending the morning here in my studio, surrounded by three old coffee cups and two or three cameras. Olivia is teaching Zoe how to "hand sew" and Zoe is the only one still consuming the gourmet breakfast. A deliciously cool breeze is coming in through the open window while I listen to their conversation.
I don't know what we are going to do today, and frankly at this moment I just don't care. Saturday mornings are one of life's biggest treats. I hope you find yourself having a big helping.
