Good day all. I don't know if I am surprised to see it's already Thursday or surprised that it's not the weekend yet. Apparently David thought we were already at the end of the week because he put the garbage out this morning even though they don't come till tomorrow.

{stacks and stacks of dirty dishes that collect around my workspace)
Honestly, this week has been a bit strange for me. I haven't really gotten much done other than the shop update and some very minor cleaning around the house. Most of the time has been spent lingering around the computer or watching the light come in through the windows. Oh well, after last weeks productive streak, I guess I was due a lazy stint.

Today I spent an ever-so-lovely day with two of my very favorite people, Alicia and Heather. We were celebrating H's birthday with a homemade lunch and time to chat. Oh, it was so so nice. I have said before that when I am with these two it makes me wish for the days of childhood when we would have had a slumber party and stayed up acting crazy and waiting to see who would be the first to fall asleep.
Now I am off to clean the kitchen and hunt down all of Olivia's halloween outfit. She wants to wear her Cinderella dress. All of the accessories are strewn about the house, but far be it for me to complain about not needing to make a costume!
