I have noticed lately an abundance of window photos in my rolls of film. I don't know what it is about windows...maybe it's the filtered light...mabye it's the way it sends streams of light into the house to land on my things. I don't know. But it has been making me very happy. I need a bit of this light today on this rainy day.
One of the ways I keep myself focused is by using lists. Crazy amounts of lists...with things cross referenced. I have a daily task list. There is a week at a glance chart. There is a monthly chart. There are general lists of tasks to work on with no deadline. Oh, then there is the grocery list. Seriously, I must have four or five lists going at once. To do this I use index cards. They are sturdier than regular paper, fit into my purse easily, and are easy to store. See, I don't throw away most of my lists. They are where I make notes of appts and phone numbers. I keep them all in a recipe box for reference. Now that I have bought that padding compound it is even easier to stay organized, because I can print out my own list-making pads and calendars.
I thought I would offer the template for this as a downloadable pdf for you. It is a great general list with honeycomb checkboxes. It is formatted for a 4x6 index card. I recommend the Oxford brand, because they have a nice smooth feel to them. Just make sure that you change your paper size to 4x6 when you go to print them. Enjoy!
