This week is proving to be a bit chaotic for us at Casa Saldaña. Nothing too stressful, but a change in our normal ebb and flow. In lieu of this I thought it would be fun to list some frivolous tidbits that have been making me happy lately.
* Sally Hansen Insta-Dri nail polish in Quick Sand. It is the most fab peachy-taupe color.
* The Amelia Peabody series from author Elizabeth Peters. Such lighthearted and fun reading.
* green tea. I've been drinking quite a lot of it lately.
* rides in the convertible.
*neon neon neon. i can't help it. Those bright colors just cheer me up.
*Peaches lately have just been amazing. period.
*I recently discovered Carmenere from Chile- such a delicious red wine.
*Canadian House and Home magazine is such a great shelter magazine.
*watching Cover Affairs on USA. I like a show that is just fun to watch.
*hummus- so easy to make and so yummy.
When life gets a bit overwhelming I find it really lightens the mood to just give into the stress and enjoy the silly things in life.
