Beautiful winter days in Houston. A few weeks ago we packed up a picnic lunch and spent the day at Hermann Park. It was such a relaxing day spent people watching and paddle boating. We saw a bride and groom getting portraits made. Birds made a show of flying in massive formation all across the pond. Can you really ever beat a day spent at a park?
This weekend was pretty quiet and enjoyable. Saturday we drove to an actual store to buy Olivia some new jeans, a major deal for her since we never buy anything full price. She opted for the skinny jeggins (to which I say where is my baby?) Later, we picked up some film from the lab and stopped by a cafe for some cocoa and coffee.
Yesterday was spent around the house, picking up, rearranging furniture, playing outside. Olivia bit it on the tree swing and hurt her chin. Nothing a bit of movie watching didn't cure. Zoe played basketball in striped pants, camoflauge skirt, and cowboy boots.
I've been taking so many more film photots lately, and it is amazing how much more "myself" I feel.
