beginnings

This morning Olivia and I are going up to her school to enroll her in Kindergarten.  She is so excited that it was the first thing she talked about when she woke up.  I am surprised that my girl will be in elementary school.  Where did the time go?

You know what else I love? Last night Olivia left her purse at a restaurant and we had to go back for it. While in the car she was crying, worried that it would be gone when we returned. She just kept saying "my first library card! Not my first library card! I should have left it at home!" So nice to hear that the heartbreak was over the library card and not the Cinderella purse.
