What happens when we don't make a plan...

As usual, we did not decide upon an activity for today.  This tends to happen when it isn't quite warm enough to warrant a trip into downtown Boston, but we feel like getting out of our little neck of the woods.  Instead of going somewhere new, or running around outside, we ended up driving to the paint store to get the paint chips for the new house.  Then we roamed around until we decided to eat supper.  On our way to the restaurant we were driving when suddenly David yells "those chairs are awesome!  I'm turning around to get them!"  We do turn around and pick up three Mid-Century chairs off the side of the road...

You can imagine we are pretty excited.  They vinyl is pretty bad off, so I will have to reupholster them, but that isn't too bad for free chairs.  The are actual mid cendtury vintage chairs made by the Gunlocke Company.  Turns out not having a plan for the day really paid off.
