That is how I feel today.  This is one of those weeks that sneaks up on you and slaps you around a bit.  I am racing off this morning to take little Zozo for her dentist checkup.  Actually this is usually fun, because our friend is our dentist.  After we get back though I have tons of things to do.

order maternity pics for our dentist friend. clean all upper kitchen cabinets out. set up all pantry items neatly in garage. clear off kitchen counters. fold all 20 loads of clothes and put away.  rip down old kitchen cabinets.  rip off faux brick backsplash. 

That is today.  Phew.  We are getting a big chunk of our kitchen remodel done this coming weekend while David is actually off for once.  I am so excited but also stressed.  We have to go pick out our flooring in the next day or so, and prepare to lay it.  Yes, I have to lay it myself.  David has to relocate two outlets so we can switch our fridge and oven.  And a fun note is that we bought a shiny new stainless fridge on Craigs List for a song, and got a fire pit out of the deal.  Any one want to come over for some bar-b-q and beer?

To close, and go get ready to leave for the dentist, a shout out is called for.  See, an extremely sweet friend dropped by an extrememly sweet and delicious treet yesterday.  People, blogging is seriously awesome.  Why?  Because through blogging I have met the kinds of friends who invite me over for last minute dinner worried I am moping at the house alone without my husband all weekend (and A, next time I am taking you up on the offer!), and bring cake to friends in town just because they can.  Really, I love you guys.  So a big hug is in order!
