Scenes like the one above is part of what makes the city of Austin so great.  Crepes sold out of an airstream trailer.  There are all kinds of mobile restaurants in austin, from snow cones to pizza to tacos.  The entire city thrives on a life spent outdoors.  Just about every road has a bike lane.  Most all restaurants and bars have awesome outdoor areas.  One we went to last week even had cushions available for your chair.  I like a bar that takes fanny comfort into account.

Today I am going to try and spend a big part of my day out of doors.  The weather here is ideal, so the cartoons are going off and kids are being pushed to the backyard earlier than normal.  I may make some chicken salad for lunch and a jicama with chile and lime for dinner.  Hopefully your day contains some sunshine as well!
